Great location near the heart of the city and just a short walk from the famous old town. Also, the staff was kind and helpful in providing some information about the area. The room had a decent size and was clean.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Moreover, the price of the stay was way too high for what it was offered. Also, the bathroom was outdated and not very well maintained.

We were planning to leave before breakfast one morning. We had told the staff we would leave at 6:30am but went downstairs 10 minutes earlier to find the front door locked, no one around, no one to call. We were locked in. In case of fire there would have been no way out. When staff finally arrived, she said if there was a fire/problem she could have been there!! This was probably the biggest security issue we have faced in years of traveling all over the world. Other travelers take note- there is no way out if staff is not present --they do not staff the desk 24 hrs.

A short walk to Sadrvan, where you can have lunch. Walking to Mostarski Zvonik Mira takes 15 minutes
